2. Using 912 Errands
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- You are responsible for providing clear pickup and delivery addresses, access codes, and instructions.
- Our service is intended for everyday errands (picking up or dropping off items, simple shopping, etc.).
- We reserve the right to decline any request that we consider unsafe, illegal, or unreasonable.
What we do not deliver
For safety and legal reasons, we do not purchase or transport:
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, cannabis, or other age-restricted items
- Weapons or hazardous materials
- Illegal drugs or any item prohibited by law
3. Pricing, estimates, and payment
-
When you submit a request on our website, you will see an
estimated price based on distance and basic assumptions about the errand.
This is an estimate only.
-
The final price will be confirmed with you by WhatsApp or message before we start the errand.
-
Additional charges may apply in situations such as:
- Significantly longer distances than originally requested
- Extra stops or changes to the route
- Waiting time inside a store beyond the included time
-
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the errand (for example, cash on delivery or other methods we confirm with you).
4. Cancellations & no-shows
- You may cancel an errand before a driver has started travelling to the pickup location at no charge.
-
If the driver is already on the way or has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and travel costs.
-
If no one is available at the delivery address and we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts,
we may need to return the item or keep it temporarily. Extra fees may apply for return trips or storage.
5. Items, delays, and limitation of liability
-
We will handle your items with reasonable care, but normal risks of transportation (traffic, weather, minor delays) may occur.
-
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as accidents, road closures, or extreme weather.
-
For fragile or high-value items, you are responsible for proper packaging and for informing us of any special handling needs before we accept the errand.
-
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage to items is limited to the service fee you paid for that specific errand.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and be reachable at the number you give us.
- Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and place.
- Do not request that we carry out any illegal activity, or transport banned items.
